Thank you for your reply. Please click the button on the launcher that has the single down-arrow at the top-right of the game launcher and select "Settings". From here click the "Proxy" tab and then click the bubble next to the "No Proxy" option and click Okay at the bottom of this menu. Detail any results in your reply.
