    Hey!

    I just bought Mirkwood expansion and i was pretty sure that i will get a free character slot with it, but nope.
    So am i suppposed to do something? Or i dont know it properly?

    Have you spent any REAL MONEY on the game? If so, you are premium. If you then do not have a third slot, call account support to get this resolved.

    If you just bought Mirkwood with TP earned soley ingame, you are NOT premium. You have to spend REAL MONEY.

    I bought it with real money, dollars but i just read it on turbine support that: "After your first purchase of Turbine Points, your Free account is permanently upgraded to Premium!"

    The problem is that on lotro-wiki.com they say: "You will automatically be upgraded to Premium player status with your first purchase of something for real world money, e.g. Turbine Points, etc."

    Did you close the game and re-enter it?

    What does the CHARACTER SELECT screen (not the launcher) say your status is ?

    If it doesn't say Premium, call Account Support to get this resolved

    Ive logged in and out some times now. It sais Free Account, so ill do as you told.

    If you didn't buy the item from the in-game store (it sounds like you got it
    through one of the web sites), then you need to take the CD code they
    sent you and enter into your MyAccount. Make sure you log in
    to MyAccount first, then enter the code. Once it shows up in your
    account, the next time you log in you should see that you have
    been upgraded to Premium.

    Oh i have done that before asking this question. The problem is simply my account not becoming premium. The expansion stuff are all good

    You will need to contact Turbine Account Support. The nice humans will manually upgrade your account to Premium.

    It is most likely another of the bugs introduced into the back end systems by the February 14, 2013 system upgrade.
