    New Legacy Secondary Skills

    I know other threads have the new legacies listed but I'd like to know specific details about how the secondary skills function. It's important if you're not sure about a legacy and want to compare, rather than find out after it's leveled.

    I'm mostly interested in the champ legacies, Stun Duration + Physical Mit Debuff, Battle Frenzy + Phys Mastery and Fear Nothing + Inc Healing.

    The values should be known from the tooltip, when you offer to imbue the LI. I want to know the timeline of when does it start(when you hit the skill or later), how long does the effect last and does it grow in value.
    Post other class legacies if you want to. Thanks.

    I now have battle frenzy on my dps sword up to level 22. This gives a physical mastery buff of 200 for 12s. The legacy reduces bf cooldown by -20s, combined with the yellow, max tiered buff of -30s, puts my battle frenzy cooldown at 10s.
    So the buff can surpass the cooldown time and if you hit battle frenzy again before the buff ends, it won't refesh it. Interesting tidbit I was looking for. Would be helpful to know more about stun duration or faer nothing.
