    Server Transfer (Premium)

    Hi

    at which Time we become the Server Tansfer back??

    we are waiting now 8 weeks and nothing Informations come from turbine !!!

    Has Turbine tomuch Money ???

    We will know after it is back. The last post by Sapience (our community manager) on this subject is that Turbine does not have an estimate for the return of Premium Services.

    It is my belief all the Premium staff are handling Account Management tickets. Turbine does not appear to have gone control of the bug herd that has infested their backend systems like billing, accounting, key acceptance... Turbine got to fix these problems. Turbine got to fix all the problems that these systems have caused for their customers. Even if Turbine fixed the back end systems today. It might take another month to deal with all the upset customers. Not everybody notices when it happens.

    es wird wirklich mal langsam Zeit das Turbine das Problem mit den Premiumdiensten angeht ind freischaltet -->8Wochen reichen




    GIVE US BACK THE PREMIUMSERVICE !!!!!

    Still, It would be nice to have some update from Sapience or a Tech people.

    8 weeks... it's like turbine don't want our money. Weird for a company ^^

    Turbine finally gets rid of people at times with what the customers want and hurry up with the premium service
    please go now and finally against this cheater Etten the clan "fair an Gwanna" times before and blocks them, especially their clan chief

    I didn't ask a date, but an update. Just to know where they are.

    A kinmate has been waiting for 2 months to transfer his character. It's like Turbine don't want his money.

    I often find myself in the following situation:

    Fred - Yula I want an update
    Yula - I do not know when it is going to be done
    Fred - I asked for an update not when it was going to be done
    Yula = I do not know when it is going to be done
    Fred - How close are you to being done?
    YUla - I do not know when it is going to be done. You keep asking diferent questions on this subject. Eventually one of us is going to get upset because the only answer you are geting is "I do not know when it is going to be done.". The sooner you go away the sooner I will get it done.

    Honestly all I know is that I am making progress. I have no clue as to how many more staff hours and real life days to completion. I can not give you anything more than you already know. It isn't done. I am one day closer to finishing that I was yesterday.

    what is now with the premium Service?

    Turbine have to much Money or?

    Many Players want to change the Servers and Turbine do nothing ...that is bad !!
