[EVENT] A Scary music tale, Sunday April 21st

Four lads struggling to play music. An angry umbrella-wielding crone. The enchanted musicians of the Shire forests. Welcome to a magical night where old tales come alive.

    Date: Sunday April 21st 2013
    Time: 7:30PM UK/BST (2:30PM servertime)
    Location: Scary, the Shire

    A Scary music tale

Some 50 years ago, four lads from Scary started playing lively, energetic music that had most of the Shire hopping around with joy. This is the tale of who really inspired their music. This is the tale of The Rolling Scones. Oh, and some badgers!

A mysterious band of musicians has drawn inspiration from the tales of the singing badgers of the Shire forest, and invites you to come and enjoy a night of songs and story.

Welcome! And watch out for rolling rocks!

    OOC

This is a hobbit-preferred event, although if there are travellers from out of bounds who have good reason to be into hobbity music, then do come along! Just remember to behave well and stay at the back, so you don’t block the view of the locals!

The songs played are rather wildly OOC for a Tolkien setting, but they may be fun nonetheless! Story and song lyrics are performed in /say. Be aware of the LOTRO chat bug, so be sure to come close enough to the performers to catch what they say!

The music tale is performed by The Brandy Badgers, the in-game music collective of the Grand Order of the Lost Mathom
Lina Willowwood, biscuit-eating bard on Laurelin

Here's the location of the event - "Scarywood Bowl". Stage area in front of the bushes, seating on the grassy slopes overlooking the village. There is even prioritized seating at the side of the stage, since them locals have allowed the audience to use the roofs.

See yer there Sunday April 21st!
