    Mac client broken..

    Hi I returned to LOTRO since I found out there was a MAC version, but now after last patch I have problems to login.
    First downloading the patch was trouble some, but after 3 days I finally managed Now I have a different trouble. When I login I get the game error.

    Can't open the data files. Check that they exist and that you have permission to write to them. The program will now exit. [PlatformStringID_DatFile_Error]

    Send in a ticket, but haven't got a response yet so I'm hoping someone can help me with this problem. Did already 10+ reinstals and patch downloads I'm lost right now.

    The Mac Technical Support forum is NOT MODERATED.

    I happend to be another player who uses a Mac and am willing to help others when I have time.

    The same is true of the few other Mac players who respond to posts on this forum.
