    Plugin Resultion Stuck

I recently Upgraded my moniter from 19 inches to 24 inches. Lotro adjusted its resolution correctly, but my plugins still think I have the same resolution as before. They can't be moved past a certain point in both the vertical and horizontal planes.

    How can I fix this?

This is "normal" for virtually all plugins.

The solution depends on the particular plugin (probably 90+% will use technique #1):
1- Use Ctl-\ and move the plugin's screen elements as you would any other UI Screen element.

2- Use the Plugin Manager and select the particular plugin, then select Options, and look for an "edit" button.
Click "EDIT" and you can then move the various components of that plugin.

I know this is technique works for Tonic Bars -- IF you have not also installed the "Deusdictum" "drag-bars" plugin!
If "drag-bars" is installed, you can simply use the Ctl-\ to move the UI-elements.
