If you have any suggestions, find any faulty values or bugs please let me know.
    constructive criticism is always welcome!

    Enjoy!

    Good job!

On constructive criticism, the output of Stat Selector truncates (at least in Chrome)

Very nice tool. Might I suggest something? How about the 'results' column including the results of what the main stats give you? When you trait rank 16 Loyalty, the 48 Vitality gives you 144 (240) morale, 96 Resistance, 96 physical mitigation and 144 tactical mitigation. Also, for 'maximize morale' in the second drop-down, Loyalty could be included. Just a thought. Nice job though.

It does not work on IE 8 (no menu, so the link http://www.aztaroth.se/virtues.aspx is invisible)

    Hi

    Thanks all for the replies!

@Urwendil, probs just CSS messing around, will fix as soon as i can get some spare time (hmm, with U10 live now, maybe I can't spare some time)

@Castorix, Whoops! works on IE9 at home and on IE7 at work, need to find a comp running IE8 then

@FundinStrongarm, I like this suggestion! Maybe even 2 results columns, one with the stats from the virtues untouched and one modified/translated column. I'll have to put some thought into how to make that happen, especially special cases like vitality 3 points of morale for all but Guards and wardens that get 5 points.

Keep thoose suggestions coming, although I can't promise any deadlines for functions since I have to squeeze this in with family, work and ofc my middle-earth time :-)

    Just added some minor updates:

    Changed CSS to twitters bootstrap
Added a reset button to the combination tool

    Great Work!

Awesome job and thanks for taking this on.

If there is already a way to do this I apologize for not figuring it out on my own, but do you plan on adding a way to list out the deeds that a selection of virtues would require? To me that was the most useful part of the ZergIt site.

    New update:

Virtues displayed in the statselector can now show additional information about all stats and values beloning to that virtue.

@Kronocide: I had totally forgot about that feature...I will definitely consider this.

    Hello

I'm thinking of some updates for this tool, like Kronocides suggestion about adding related deeds for any given virtue. The problem is though, that right now I have all virtues, ranks, stats and so on in a DB on my server, this was managable with just the virtues but if I start to include more stuff the editorial task will sooner or later be too much.

I started thinking that all data (well, most of it) is already present on lotro-wiki and it would be nice to be able to utilize that data. Does anyone have experience with collecting data from wiki pages? As I understand it they use something called broilerplates to create pages. Is there a way to get hold of the page in, for instance, a XML format that corresponds to the broilertemplates?

Is anyone here a contributor to the lotro wiki that can help me with this?
(I will of course ask the same questions to lotro wiki as well, just wanted to know if someone here have any experience with this)

If you feel like you have some input, please send me a PM

    Thanks a bunch!

    /Aztaroth
