Gallifrey. I need a Jelly Baby.

    Was reading The Fellowship tonight....

I was reading the Fellowship of the Ring tonight and came across one of my favorite parts of the series. I always loved the part where Frodo found out that Aragorn knew all along that Gollum had followed them all the way from Moria to where they were camped on the Great River.

What part of the books is your favorite?
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"
Continuing the never ending battle to keep Lobelia Sackville-Baggins in check

I'm quite sure my favourite part comes when the hobbits meet jolly ol' Tom Bombadil. Especially when his wife, the fair lady of the river, is introduced. I like them because of the feel of safety, hope and joy. I was happy when I got to Bombadil's house in LotRO too.
"'Nonetheless they will have need of wood', said Aulë and he went on with his smith-work."
