    The New Stable NPC Panel

The stable master panel with the huge store button side by side with the regular button is horrible.

Please put up a skinning update before my brain explodes.

I'll say how I really feel on my blog.

    Thanks, that is all.

Why can't you put it here? Your post boils down to "I hate it, fix it", with no reasons why, or suggestions for how it should be.

Personally, I love not having to scroll the list so much.

I gave the reason. There is a big store button to buy writs. Equal in size to the non-store button to ride a stupid horse. It makes people click the store by accident. Its size and weight on the panel is vastly out of proportion to how often people are going to use it.

There is a COUNTER in the lower right corner showing you how many store items you have purchased and in stock. These things combined with the new store buttons on the quest tracker are a slap in the face.

I'm taking down all of my LotRO guides from the internet. I will no longer support Turbine in any way. I will continue to support my interface as much as possible out of Buddhist compassion for those who suffer from this sickness.

I do not find the new interface that bad. I filter the coins on the panels out. Just like I do billboards and other signs when I am driving or riding as a passenger. I know they are there. I do not see them. I filter out all the ads, even the flashy ones on web pages. I sort know they are there. I have no dea what they are hocking. I can do the same thing when there is a lot of people talking. Listen to one person. Read a book. Work on mail. The fact that wife is fighting with daughter. Both sons are at talking a storm. The television has got some show on. Does not bother me unless the decibel level gets to the ear bleed or head creation level.
Unless stated otherwise, all content in this post is My Personal Opinion.

    Et tu, Yula?

What game do your kids play? Monopoly? Mario? I'm sure it would be fine with you then if Turbine puts five or six store buttons on the game, so your kids can click them and open a browser to buy things using your credit card.

What other traditional games are available for store buttons? How about football and basketball. Let's equip all 50,000 stadium seats with panels of store buttons on every chair arm. You can buy shirts, jerseys, action figures, and even a seat upgrade. You get holographic popups in your field of vision during time-outs, suggesting purchases for you.

So you just dislike the store button?

It took me several rides to even see it, because I double-click the route I want.

I will post it in picture book format for you two. No, it isn't "just the store button". It's this one, the counter, and the new ones on the quest tracker. Americans are born into a world of advertising. I'm sure you don't see the ads on your cartoons or cereal boxes either.

Doesn't bother me a bit. I like the organization by zone, ability to collapse and expand as I wish.

I haven't used the new panel much as I haven't played much this week, but I didn't realize you could just double-click the route. The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't seem as clear as the old panel whether I am buying swift travel or regular. Unless there is something else I am missing.

Default UI'ers. More common than Hyundai drivers.
