    Exclamation Internal Error, please contact customer support.

    Every time I try Log into a world it comes up with 'Internal Error, please contact customer support.' in a window, doesn't have a code or anything else and just shuts down the launcher after i click okay. Mate of mine is having the same problem, got a 13.5inch macbook pro about 6 months old

    Exact same problem.

    Just to say I have the EXACT same problem. Everything is patched and should work fine but after trying to log in I just get "internal error..." and then it closes when I press ok. I also have a 13" macbook pro that I bought about a year ago so it's probably the same model.

    Solved for me!

    Just worked out how to do this. It's all about the terms of agreement not coming up because the launcher isn't properly set to English, which usually just happens to French/ German users but apparently can also effect English.
