Announcing a great opportunity for new/low-level players!

Defenders of Serenity is an established, rank 9 kin on the Imladris server. We're an all fun, no drama, family-friendly group with many experienced players and several newer ones as well. We're social, helpful, and relaxed, and we enjoy helping new players learn the game. Which leads to our newest initiative...

There's a lot to learn for new players, and with the level cap now raised to 85 we're finding that it takes new players a LONG time to catch up to our max-leveled players. We're able to socialize and advise, but not actually play together as much as we'd like. So, Defenders of Serenity is doing something about it!

We're announcing the launch of our Lowbie Initiative: a group of characters all starting out from scratch and gradually working their way through game content and leveling up together. We'll meet at set times and run quests and instances together. Then we'll post a summary of what the group completed on our kin web site, so anyone who missed that session can catch up on their own and be ready to jump back in the next time the group runs together.

Many of our experienced players are rolling new characters to take part in this, and lots of our newer players are jumping in as well. We're excited to play together! Annuminas and other similar content is going to be great to run on-level!

This is a great time to start Lotro, and a fantastic time to join the Defenders of Serenity! If you have (or want to create) a character on Imladris, then send an in-game /tell or mail to one of the officers below. All player experience levels, classes, and races are welcome. let's storm Middle Earth together!

    Officers:
    Morragwyn / Arrawyn
    Davco / Jamille
    Sorrenbor / Xorthelion
    Faebrereth
    Nattaniel
