After the end of 2010, Turbine greatly reduced support for the web site features. There seems to be little to no support available. Good luck.
Like all companies doing online games, 2012 has been a very bad year for this market segment. Turbine like most if not all other companies had to let people go. Turbine reduced their staff in October, 2012. Customer service was hit. I believe the phone support hours were cut 2 hours a day - 14 hours a week. It is now 9 hours a day instead of 11 hours.
