Error when loading up

I get all the way to picking my server and it stops and says, User Agreement not found.

Any ideas or suggestions?

any chance you installed the game in some way that it cannot write the file? Installed to a read only area, or without administrator rights, or something? Or any chance of hard disk problems (less likely, its probably software related).

I'm getting different errors now.

It was unspecified patch error. Now a 404 error...I'd REALLY like to try this game out lol...
