    Angry Internal Error, please contact customer support.

    Game downloaded, DMG verified, installed, launched, patched, world selected (twice, for some reason), and then I get a huge less-than-informative error message ("Internal Error, please contact customer support.") before crashing out to the dektop...

    Any idea what to do?

    This is (probably) a known issue.

    In the Launcher window go to the drop down menu (top right) which shows a flag and 'Select a Language' when you mouse over and select 'English' (or another language). This causes the launcher to restart and then correctly show the Terms & Conditions agreement window which is required to continue.

    This occurred in beta also. Details on this thread here;
