    Internal Error, please contact customer support

    Client patches up fine but after login when you press the blue play button the Internal Error msg appears.

    So, I sent it to trash and re-installed - same problem.
    I noticed that it remembered login userid and server from last install, anyone know where the config files are written?

    Its a 2010 Mac Pro,
    Processor 2.93 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
    Graphics ATI Radeon HD 5870 1024 MB
    Software OS X 10.8.2 (12C60)

    Regards..

    Also its an admin account and firewall is off.
