Some PvP from that other game.

    From the live build:

NCSoft has had 7+years of PvP focused developement, feedback, and tournament play.

As you see...it still isn't enough. Still a very fun game though.

Stealth classes that can face wreck you in 3s or less FTW!!

I am enjoying the pvp in GW2, I like it because the action is close, and quite honestly, it's a chaotic melee nightmare of fun. Kinda goofy at times and just aoe insanity, but fun.

I went warrior because I hate kiting, started as elemental, and if you are light armor you are going to need to kite.

    Seriously...I LoL @ you.

Was the mesmer played perfectly? Nope. With that being said, perfectly play or not, 3s kill is fail even if the one player is afk. Watch the video and from the second he takes the first point (4s) of damage to death (7s) is ~3s, of which he spends 2 seconds dodging then knocked down. So he had ~1s to decide what to do. Any PvP where what you do in the FIRST ONE SECOND of a fight decides the out come is epically flawed.. as is your assement.

It is typically expected following the life events of an MMO'er:

We move to the new stuff.

Any who, I am entirely loving GW2 sPvP and WvW. Huge a$$ battles with brainless zergs are too fun.

Some might return to lotro. Some might go back to wow. Some might go back to swtor or even the secret world again. I highly doubt that even 50% (let alone all) of the people that have left for gw2 will return back to this game.

Honestly, there's really not a great mmo out right now. It's just a matter if picking the lesser evil and playing it.

I'm actually enjoying it quite a bit, needed another lotro break and this is actually pretty sweet in my spare time with school. can't say im too sure about returning to lotro anytime soon, but won't say im "never returning" either... it's good to dip into different games when the ones you're playing grow a bit stale. And if this one gets old I'll just bounce back to something else lol
