Some general guide-writing suggestions (in no particular order):
    • Don't give target numbers for stats. Back in my day, 410 or 450 was your target Agility.
    • Drop the skill icons and consolidate the skills into one post.
    • Group skills by usage (primary attacks, combat utility, OOC utility, whatever).
    • Honestly, ditch the skill descriptions altogether. There's only a handful of skills worth describing in detail; the rest can be glossed over.
    • Don't give strategies for specific fights. They'll be worthless in 6 months.
    • Same with gear. Nobody uses the EoD anymore.
    • PvMP is probably best left to its own guide.

Honestly, you would have been better off waiting until after RoR launched and writing this then. All of your numbers will be wrong, any strategies you have will be worthless, and the class may play entirely differently.

Good points here, ill edit things on the go. Also will see how i should group skills, was aiming at covering all off them not just the ones we always use so order of appearence made sense. No reason to ditch the skills, many have uses that arent that obvious.
As for the fights/gear/stat targets i will try and keep then updated. And ive read the dev diary for the hunter, what cahges is not that big and is a bit covered here. What is new i will add.

What i will certainly do is loose the pics....looked nice to have pics but so ugly when it got split up.

You left scourging blow blank, but it's actually pretty useful in PvMP or just in general, because when used in combination with insta-Barbed Arrow effect you get a no-induction slow on the target. I use it in PvE, like Foundry, when pulling aggro on trolls or simply taking them on solo to get another slow on them after low cut to kite tank.

Also, you can't kill yourself with blood arrow afaik. It won't let you use the skill if your morale is below a certain point. I imagine unless you get hit with a near-death blow at the same time you use, you wouldn't have to worry about killing yourself.

Feel free to click my signature link for my old guide I have up when RoI came out. Its pretty much still valid to this point but won't be 100% when the expansion comes out and changes are implemented.

Just copy n paste or read and alter what you want your guide to have vs it

I think someone else already said this but scourging blow makes your next barbed arrow instant (although not on the move :/). Really good for PvMP use, I use it all the time in the Ettenmoors.

hehe i have read it :P. and of course i will not copy paste . I will quote and add citations!

To answer a question above, im putting the base now (a bit bored at the moment and in vacation). After RoR comes i will just do editing and updating (hunter doesnt get any core changes - at least none announced so far), will be less time consuming then as i will be far more busy in real life.

And ettenmoors giude will come the moment i ask a friend to write some (hes abroad now for two weeks).

Updated the scourging blow and blood arrow (to be more clear what i meant).
