Account Hacked?

Ok, I need some help, I cant log onto LOTRO because its saying my password is incorrect but I know I am typing it in right, so I went to my account on the turbine sight an d its not letting me log onto that either, so I am not sure how I am supposed to fix this issue, any suggestions?

Turns out it wasnt hacked, it was my paypal account that was preventing the vip payment from going through so turbine shut down my account until i get it payed and figure it out
