Looks like elven cloth on the left and elven leather on the right. They should be available from light and medium armour vendors, level 28-29ish and up.
    EDIT:
Here's the link to Darzil's armour guide:

I absolutely love the RoR splash screens. Thank you once again.

I agree. It seems like the art is getting better with every xpac.

The new one of Frodo and Boromir is especially excellent. I would love to know who the artists are that draw these.

When I saw *that* version of the German Farmers Faire screen for the first time, I thought someone had hacked the connection.

It isn't in my raw directory; I had to take the screenshot which was distorted by the 16:9 ratio of my monitor, and re-size it back. Fortunately, Irfan View is quite good at doing this job.

    Greetings, Polymachos

I am so sad. I had taken screenshots of all the new ones in the last few months but when I got a new computer I forgot to backup the lotro screenshots folder

Well, here is the latest one I took. If anyone has the last few months please post

I found this splash screen shot in my saved lotro screenshots archive and did not see it posted. Not positive of when it was posted but the file said last modified in 2008.

That's what I get having installed LotRO on Linux and launching with pyLotro. It doesn't download the splash screens, so you get this nice crosshatch pattern.
