    Removing certain UI elements ?

    Hello all !

I was wondering if it is at all possible, through a custom UI or otherwise, to remove or atleast seriously tone down the selection circles that are around the feet of targeted mobs ?

Same for the horrible neon green square that occupy the ground beneath ally NPC's (escort quests and skirmish soldiers etc.)

    Thanks !

No. They are not a UI element. UI elements are those static parts of the User Interface that we interact with via key strokes or mouse clicks.

You can not modify what is rendered for game world by the game engine in the 3-D part of the client - trees, mobs, particle effects, FXs (which are referring to) and so on. You can change this experience via the settings. Only if Turbine provides options via the base game.

Even with UI elements, we are limited in what we can do. Some UI elements are presented as atomic elements. You can not with the internals. Orcan mess with a overlay. For example, the Fellowship UI element is an atomic elements. You can not get at the six individual members element. There is no way to create a minimal Fellowship UI element. You can get at the buff icon overlay and mess with that.

Unless stated otherwise, all content in this post is My Personal Opinion.

That's a bit over my head, but thanks for the reply.
I figured it could be possible because many similar things could be altered in options, and I've seen plugins that add even more stuff.

Atleast my mind is at ease that all my options have been explored.
    Thanks again !
