is there any way to turn off the LOTRO Plugin Manager?

I finally decided to give this a try yesterday and didn't think to test it before setting it up for all characters... now I'm having to unload and reset up my tonicbars for each toon every time I log onto that character (I see now this is a known issue) - so shame on me for not researching but in the meantime is there some way I can turn it off and stop it from auto-loading? Thanks for any insight

Just unselect the plugins in the pluginmanager and you shouldnt have a problem. Personally Im just autoloading boostrap and let bootstrap do the rest. Thankfully Bevy'o Bars includes a fix for the dissapearing icons.

The "all characters" is a toggle. Simply click on it to "uncheck" it.

Be persistent. It had to tell it quite a few times to stop loading before it actually decided I meant what I said.
