Thank you Turbine and thank you GM's

We burned through roughly 700K morale on our 2nd to last rotation and when he had 124K morale left and he bugged out.

GM's can't do anything about it and Turbine cannot provide a service we're all paying for...thank you.

must admit it was frustrating. Logged off the game a lot earlier than I would normally.

Fix it or shut it down. It would be different if this stupid instance was like 10 mins long.... but c'mon.... Absolutely ridiculous Turbine!! You've gotten my last dollar.

And notice how in Raiding 101 they advise to get Store-everything for this, effectively encouraging players to WASTE TP on a horribly buggy raid (not to mention all the other wasted resources). Again, I'm happy my sub ends in December.
    Quit.

Find me on Steam and ESO, same name.

Unhappy Re: Thank you Turbine and thank you GM's

Farewell all, my subscription is cancelled as of last night to do the lack of interest in end-game content and the Turbine 'Pay-to-win' solution suggested for this raid instance ( and more to come ); spend $$ on enhancements (if you choose to) and get stiff-armed by the provider when the instance fails continuously. Pay for a service and 'value-added' enhancements and the community gets nothing in return when you follow bug reporting procedures.

Suggestion for Turbine, follow some ITIL best practices when you plan/develop/test product prior to offering it to customers and requiring that they pay for said product.

I'm curious to know just how many bug reports (incidents) have been made on this, identifying the (problem) that needs to have a corrective solution.

I should have put this in the OP but I would like to thank Melinros and Whizzy for coming along. You guys did a great job and we all appreciate you being there.

Yeah thanks Merlin and Whiz for coming along, two of my favorite people in the game, we really wanted to share the victory with you. It was a near perfect run (1 death total) and yet we came up empty handed. We had a near perfect strategy to avoid the bugs...yet he bugged. Now if only someone would tell us what exactly is bugging him so we could avoid it, that'd be awesome.

Honestly I just want some sort of response from turbine about this, devs have responded to worthless posts about the harvest festival yet the only end game content we have (I would say it's more challenging than skirm raids, but its not) gets no response. I want to know what the time table is for fixing this since it's been over 6 weeks and there has been no progress made. Literally any real response to the problem would be awesome.

Re: Thank you Turbine and thank you GM's

I'm very sorry to hear that this happened to you guys, but the GMs are limited with how they can help. Unfortunately, resetting something like Draigoch is something they cannot assist with.

My best advice to you guys would be to submit a bug report. Be sure to include as much information as possible in your report as you can, including what you were doing and what was happening when he bugged. This way we can use your information to better investigate this matter on our end. You can submit a bug in-game with the /bug command or from the website (http://forums.lotro.com/new_bug.php?).
