    were is my lvl 49 guardian

    HI folks I used to play lotro a ferw years back and had a lvl 49 guardian. I jsut reinstalled the game and can seem to find him or any of my other chars. Please note i im a euro player. Is my char lost for ever and do i need to start again ?

    since you last played lotro EU has been taken over by turbine, if you had your account here
    https://cogaccounts.codemasters.com/ ie with codemasters and played on the EU severs you need to request your EU account migration here and create a new turbine account
    you will need your old codemaster logon details, if youve forgotten use the CoG link above

    once you request your migration your toons will be available within a couple of hours, but the whole migration process wont complete for arround 3 days.. ie the last thing to transfer will be your turbine points

    note: you must create a new turbine account to migrate you EU lotro into, do not try to migrate you old EU account into an existing turbine account... well it shouldnt be possible but some people have managed to find a hole in the system requiring tubine support to fix their accounts
