Hi Guys, I bought a The Lord of the Rings Online™ 60-Day Game Time Card at Turbine store in Digital River for 29.99 usd. I got a 25 character unlock code. But, i can't seems to add it properly.
Since, it also didn't work, I contacted Support.Turbine.com and posted a support ticket. No Answer. And then another one, No Answer. After that, I tried to contact In-Game Support, and Cakefen or someone just closes my tickets without even reading them. I tried it twice.
I have a masters in Computer Arts new Media. I know how games work and support teams work. I am really disappointed about this situation.
And guess what, I tried they contact number just a while ago and it is also closed. Though it is monday. What should I do? Do i go for reclaim? or is this normal that turbine doesn't contact you for your support tickets?
Btw, I paid using paypal.
P.S. I tried to contact them on Facebook and all their twitter account.
