I totally agree Rainith. I really don't think this event is in any danger of ending!
However I think many agree that it does get a little bit repetitive (certainly judging by all the suggestions for something different). As Mirineth pointed out, the event is somewhat restricted by being "the Hall of Fire" and should be held there. However I am sure plenty of fun can be found exploring all the possibilities this great venue offers.

Yesterday was nice, BTW I'm back!!! hehehe
Ooh, niiiice shot Isil! HoF was abuzz last night what with the Gathering Storm event, was very exciting.
Discussing the couriers news
Isilmewen and Duissane play duets
Durthand plays some melodies
Looked like a great gathering..! gutted I was not online early enough to see it and participate
Istuir - Warden and Caun to the Mithdirith - Loth-i-Lonnath
For me the best thing about the HoF event is the fact it can serve as a spring board for other events which was shown last night.
My character has never been one to listen to songs/poetry or music, indeed if he was to play his flute to any who would listen he would be boo'd off stage *grins*. Ask my kinfolk!
My character walked in on the discussions last night about rallying to Lin Gilliath with the Loth I Lonnath. Its the HoF event which allows such spontaneous RP to happen. The HoF event also serves as a great place for new elven characters/roleplayers to get to know others.
And I also hope some of the Lin Gilliath warriors will come back to Rivendell to share their stories of battle, to rest, to meditate, to recite poems, dance etc etc?
Beacuse it is:
Hûd in Eledhrim - Hall of Fire Wednesday Elf Themed event, starts: 19:00 BST / 20:00 CET, ends: your bedtime, location: Hall of Fire, Last of the Homely Houses, Rivendell
Great to bump into a few roleplaying elves in the hall of fire last Monday!! A nice surprise & very enjoyable, although my connection fell apart ...
I hope there's more elf RP tonight!! See you all later in the Hall of Fire! Bring a story, poem, harp and song, come dance or catch up with your friends
Was a lovely evening in spite of Duissane not yet up to dancing. Maybe next time...
Gathering in the Hall of Fire
*pokes the thread, because it is Wednesday...*
HoF night! woot!
Shame Daer can't attend xD Oh well, maybe Selarthil will, but I'm not so sure the response to her will be generally positive as well.... :<
I hope no-one was offended by a perian in HoF last night.
I tried to play appropriate music, I was taught to be a minstrel by Balinn after all *grin*
Bootsy was just passing near Imladris on her way to the mountains, she decided to change direction to visit and offer her regards to her old teacher.
It was the music that drew me forward...always blame the music *chuckles*
I'm sure that quite a lot of people appreciated your performance! But to become more involved IC-ly I really recommend you to roll an elf minstrel instead and park this little alt in HoF to treat us with your beautiful music, that is, if you plan to visit HoF more regularly.
I enjoyed her music also, was a very nice change.
I hope you might have room for a few dwarves this week? We are staying in Rivendell for a week, on our way to see Glóin up in the Misty Mountains and the lads are sorely in need of some rest and recuperation having marched all the way from the Blue Mountains.
I've heard a lot about your Wednesday nights and am looking forward to a bit of entertainment myself. Hopefully the lads won't be too rowdy.

If there be dwarves there I think this would be the day where I try to sneak Heley in.
It will really be a little timewarpinstance thing for her, but I dont think there will be anyone of her regular company there so hopefully it will not be confusing because of that. Other things may be a little confusing but I hope you wont aggro on her or me to much
*A mysterious elf maiden enters the Hall, introducing herself only as Habadhond - Tall Boots in the Western tongue - She says little, but her harp speaks of far places and travels made*
Was full house last night at HoF! Walls of text and wonderful music. I was so busy reading I forgot to take many screenshots:
Manadhlaer plays to a full house
Dwarves honour the halls with an unexpected visit
Ancalimo, Kalluin, Makalaure and Manadhlaer play
A stirring drum ensemble
Just a few more:
Thanks Duissane for the lovely pictures! The music was great 'Tall Bootz' thanks for that. Quite a few friends had to leave with a headache because of all the... errrr... activity in the chat box When I left I saw a lot of RP going on around the house and valley. Dreams come true sometimes
Wednesday September 14 Hall of Fire!!!
Bleeeh a whole day at the office, I can't wait! See you later tonight at the weekly elf gathering in the House of Elrond *dances around*
Rather quiet night, but nonetheless enjoyable.
Manadhlaer plays as Galvaethor and Duissane dance
Mirineth speaks with Amorith and Earinlin
