    My relic would be based on a healing Runekeeper,

    390 Incoming and outgoing healing
    approx 750 to all Mitigations
    and 99 in combat power regeneration (icpr)

    i base this relic around as a setting, as many time on my rk i find myself with healing and damage threat when in master of wraiths.

    i would call it extraordinary setting of Graduation

    My vote is for resistence runes for the new instances. I used names from each race and tried to match a resistence that fits with that race. (sorry for being late, college has a tendency to make me procrastinate!)
