    Yep, I have to agree, I am a lifetime VIP member and am being told the server is full. Turbine, this may be your biggest fail to date! Adjust capacity or add another server if Silverlode is too full. Sad, really sad.

    I got this too, just about a half an hour ago. My reaction was much the same as yours. No queue or anything, just a big fat: 'O, we're sry, server is FULL. Do not pass go, do not collect 200 tp, & u r nao being booted from the launcher - press close button 2 exit, bai bai.'

    I was a lifetimer and now am VIP, and I even bought a heckuva lot of points last month (on top of the free points I got for VIP!), so its not like I didn't spend some money, here. This sums up my facial expression after several re-tries with no success on getting in there: >__< Followed by a hearty "GRAWRR."

    Seems to me...that if its full and reaching anywhere near top capacity overall, then ya don't let brand new people roll brand new toons on it. *shrug* But whatever, its not rocket science. Hopefully this doesn't happen again, because its pretty silly and rediculous to not even be placed into a server queue to wait things out until I could scootchie on in there, imo.

    edit: I finally got in but it took several re-tries/restarts. Which shouldn't have happened. At all.

    I'm experiencing the same thing - I see older threads from July, etc, that say this happened before and was a bug then.

    If this is intentional, for VIP members, then i'm speechless. Currently I get get in and i'm not too happy about the fact the servers full and some F2P person is taking one of my spots. ;P

    Yep, it's telling me it's 'full' for me, too, even though I'm a lifer as well, AND it's telling me at the login screen that Silverlode is 'up'.
    I'm able to log into Brandywine, however.

    It's not so annoying to me because I'm a lifer--it's annoying because I'm the only long-term player in our new kinship, and the new folks need my help, and I can't get on to help them out!

    I been trying for an hour to get in. I've been here since beta. Have tested all the expansions what gives! I knew this free to play scam would end up messing up the game, as it has for all the others that have done it...greed will they ever have enough? lol

    Basically the same compliant as above posts, can't log in. Good to note that Nimrodel is also full. I checked a bunch of the servers and that's the only other one atm.

    They need to get their stuff straight. Paying customers should NOT have to wait in line...4 lifetime accounts...geeez.. this is as bad as Comcast going Xfinity...lol

    Thank you for starting that thread. I've the same message here as in that thread.

    As a VIP customer, I expect to attach to the Silverlode server when I log on.

    If I do not get what I see as value for my money, I will spend it somewhere other than Turbine.

    Given that there wasn't a queue, just the "server full, try again" note, it sounds like this may have been a bug, but it sounds almost like some of you are expecting them to kick Free/Premium players off to make room for VIPs. My understanding of priority server access is that if a server is full and there's a queue, VIPs would be moved to the front of the queue so they wouldn't have to wait as long as Premium and Free players.

    Kicking Free/Premium players off could create problems for other players who are already in game. Imagine you're in a group and suddenly your healer or tank disappears because he was kicked to make room for a VIP. Unless the devs put in a way of telling the rest of the group that the player was kicked to make room for a VIP, you'd have no way to know why they'd dropped, whether or not you should wait for them to log back in, if you need to find someone else to fill their spot in your group or if you're going to have to quit whatever you were working on. That could be a nightmare!

    Maybe I'm misreading the sentiment here - I hope I am. But even though I know I was quick access as a VIP myself, kicking Free/Premium players to make room for VIPs would be bad for everyone.

    I personally have no issues waiting in a queue, but I wasn't even given that option. I agree that once you're in the server, you shouldn't be kicked to make room for someone else, for the very reasons you've described. I'd hate to be in the middle of some book quests with my kinmates (most of whom are F2Pers) and have half of the group disappear in the middle of a boss fight.

    What Jae said, precisely. Its easy enough to say 'maybe the freebies should be forking over some money so they can get better access' but that doesn't seem to be the crux of the entire problem, here. Ultimately, I'd expect to be placed in a queue with higher priority as a VIP, than not have an option at all due to this 'bug' closing down the launcher. And that was a rinse/repeat scene too, which was highly frustrating. I initially paid a fair chunk of cash for this game, and I expect to be let in when I want to log in. I even spent money on points last month even if I'm a lifetime VIP, and I might just do it again...provided that I don't keep getting locked out of the game because its insisting the server is full. Silverlode is my home base, and where I spend the most time, and where all of my friends and kinnies are...so of course, this raises the utmost concern and expectation that this issue will be addressed by Turbine...and not just for myself, but for others in the same boat who are experiencing the same situation. I don't expect the drama of any freebie getting yanked out of their group...just yank the solo unfellowed freebie players out, bwa ha ha!

    I am, of course, just joking! Not at all being serious! It would be preferable that no one was kicked out of the game at all. Yet at the same time, those with higher priority were at least -shown- a line to wait in, instead of the launcher going 'haha baibai!' at us as it did, last night.

    I'm just left hoping this gets fixed soon or there's not a repeat performance, honestly.
