If the number of points we score during our Kin nights are a win for the Creeps I am happy to let them farm us anytime! Thanks to Dren and Cas for showing us the ropes out there. These runs have been a major morale booster for our kin especially during the later days of an expac when content gets old. Look for Shadow and Flame to add more Moors nights soon...

    Hi All~
Was I overly cautious and did my raid play lack aggressiveness last night? Yes and yes. I have seen so many freep raids get ground to pieces on Wednesday nights, and with this being about my third time running a full raid-sized group, I was keen to avoid that. Start with small successes (like not getting crushed on a Wednesday) and build from there. I think everyone who was in last night's raid had a good time, and would raid with me again. So right there I accomplished much of what I wanted to. You guys have played with me long enough that you know that, by nature, I'm not a hesitant player that avoids fights. I promise you a more aggressive approach in the future.
    /cheers

    Cas,

You have led our Shadow and Flame Moors night at least half a dozen times with great success! Looking back we have scored between 3k and 5k points inside of our 3 hour (ok we went 4 hours one night) event window each and every time we have followed your flag into combat. You have nothing left to prove to anyone. If someone wants to "bag" on you there is no need to respond as our swords will continue to do the talking for you!

By Cas's own admission in the post above yours, it seems like your swords didn't do much talking.

And i have a feeling they will continue to remain silent.

It is true that the blades of Shadow and Flame were silent on Wednesday. Were we hopelessly outgunned? Lambs to the slaughter? No, we scored very little renown Wednesday night because, as much as it pains me to admit it, our kin didn't organize a run that night...

Rest assured that we will be back soon...

Serious question: Do freeps scout for creep groups?

Creeps are constantly scouting favorite freep locations trying to find fights but I don't remember seeing freeps doing this. I could be wrong though, because I tab out a lot. I feel like I find freeps more often than freeps find me.

Freavers sitting in Grams don't count.

It was a pleasure to counter you guys on the field! Big props to all of Shadow and Flame who came out. We had some great in keep battles that lasted a good long 10 minutes each time. Everybody died and it was fun!

If you folks are still looking for the irony sitting around in this thread, I think I just found it.

Good fights last night loaf glad it was competitive for awhile in the keeps where everyone had fun and got good points. I was trying to coordinate two seperate groups to fight inside the keeps so it was a little rough lol. Tr and LC werent to bad but TA is just a disaster though I swear BH knows every stone in TA since they turtle there so often.....

Just want to shout out a Grats! to the Shadow and Flame Kinship for cracking the top 50 for kins/tribes globally in points yesterday. Its been a while since a freep kin on Ark hit that list. A solid 34th globally is pretty good, my spideys butt is a little swollen today from all the axes and arrows hacking and poinking away at it!

    Cheers

You managed to get Ungolliar to post on the forums! That's like a deed or something!

Way to go, Shadow and Flame. Keep bringing the fight!

Had lots of fun last night running with a small group of BH. I swear I initiated like 3 fights...by running in to the middle of a fraid and having them dismount to kill me. Worth it.

That's some pretty harsh words to your fellow freeps, especially when I was simply complimenting them. Are yall just going to sit back and take that?

I disagree Derlan, I find that they bring the fight, get some kills, and are doing quite well. Why would you say anyone's farming? That's just mean.

How far things have fallen when we can look back on those as "good times".

And wow, my laptop had really, really low resolution.
