    New Burgler advice needed

Just came back to the game after a few years. I thought I would make a hobbit burglar. I am questions concerning the class trees. I was thinking of going MM for groups and that one seems easy to build. However for pve I was thinking of going the quite knife route. I am having an issue on where to put my points. Should I do footpad so that latter I can grab Hidden dagger or should I go with agil hands for the increased crit ? I have tried to look for builds but so far they are either way out of date or do not provide me with the information I need. Even at this site some of the links bring me to pages that no longer exist. So any advice would be welcomed.

Later on you'll definitely want +25% damage from Stealth, because it also affects Feint Attack. Also, you won't crit much during lvl'ing, so Agile Hands is rather useless. Just go with Foodpad for some quality of life improvements... Mobs have a tendency to spot you in stealth without extra stealth level.

Also, don't forget that you can reset your traits for free at any time with the "Re-specialize" button on your skill tree page. Don't worry too much about what will happen two levels from now. When you get there, just reset and pick what works then.

Correct me if I'm wrong... But aren't re-specs free till lvl25 only?

Not sure if they are genuinely free (costs no money to repsec) prior to lv25, but at most - at any level -it's just costs some in-game coin.

What Max was trying to say is that your choices are not permanent, so don't worry about trying new things so see what combinations do and don't work. Use your leveling time to try things out.
