So what are the new titles available with pages?

I keep seeing links posted on glff that have pages from some book where you need 50 of them... someone said it was to get titles, and that there are 5 new titles available.

I heard about ridgerunner, but what else is there? anything remotely good?

Is anyone else getting fortunes that don't register?

I have #44, but it doesn't want to acknowledge it...

A couple seemed to be very time delayed, or only registering after I had another fortune going into my inventory.

I have all 5 titles on all 5 of my characters, I had no problems other than 1 page that someone accidentally forgot to put back in the kin house chests (and placed a second copy of another page instead.)
