It's embarrassing! My guard's skill bars are a hodgepodge...I'd be laughed out of the forums. Some are duplicated (I both click and use the keyboard). Meh, it works for me. Trying WP now. Suppose I can leave it uncovered if we pull that one off.

You know, I completely understand. My skillbars are a hodgepodge of what makes sense for me. And to top it off, I alternate between moving with my mouse and using keys for skills and moving with my keyboard and clicking skills depending on the situation and how common it is for me to use the skill I want to use. And if you are anything like me, you really don't even need to look at where you are clicking for the most commonly used skills, you kind of just go by feel. But despite my setup working great for me, I still feel a bit embarrassed about the mess.

But really, it boils down to this: different setups work best for different people and anyone who criticizes someone else for doing things a way that works best for them (just because it isn't the same way he or she would do things), really ought to stop and realize not everyone is the same.

Anyway, congrats on the 2-man HM

Guard just does TTK on any bat stuns every few minutes for green FMS + burg occasional green FM on other boss is my guess.

Guard tanks bat chick and troll. Burg tanks and kills fire pants. Stand close enough together for both to benefit from corruption removal. Burg interrupts creeping fire. Guard spams parry chain and hopes for TTK crits. I had gloves and helm with the morale proc and the chest and shield with reduces incoming common damage.

Wait a second, is the creeping fire interruptable now? Or do you need to do a knockdown with a FM? How do you interrupt the fire?

It has always been interruptible afaik.

The catch is that you have to interrupt it very early in the animation.

^ Yep. As in within the first 1.5 seconds of the animation or so. It's silly that the induction bar even keeps going since you can't interrupt past that point.

Need a fellowship Maneuver. Can't interrupt it otherwise.

That's what I thought, although I thought I saw a dev post a while back stating that any induction circles that can't be interrupted are bugs, and hoped for a second that they fixed this with V3b1. Should've known better, I guess.

I've noticed that when the fire dude first appears, I CAN interrupt his creeping flame with a stamp (done it several times), but ONLY if I hit him as soon as he turns red. As far as my experience goes, there is definitely NOT a full 1.5 seconds at the beginning of the induction where he can be interrupted.

We used FMs to interrupt the fire guy. It's the only reliable (only possible way) to interrupt him.

i personally consider it a bug but i guess devs don't as it was /bugged a long time ago.

i suppose there is a case for uninteruptable induction circles ingame... ie when watcher shakes with anger.

Umm LiuTsieng openly stated it was WAI. Just like the sorcs in SG, just like the watcher. Just like all the Guldur Sorcerors animations.
