    Cursor Making My Game Lag?

Hey guys, I have a problem with my cursor. Whenever I put it into the LotRO Game Window, it flashes rapidly and makes the game lag. However, when I take it out of the Game Window, it runs smoothly. Why is the cursor messing my game up and why does it flash rapidly like that. My internet connection is fine btw, the only thing that really isn't up to date is my Video Card and CPU but the CPU speed is fine. The only problem with the Video Card is the face that is doesn't have some kind of shader or whatever.

tl;dr My cursor lags the game when I put it into the game window. help

Most likely visibility options enabled on the mouse cursor.

Click on the Windows "Start" button > "Control Panel" and "Printers and Other Hardware" > "Mouse" (on XP) or "Hardware and Sound" > "Mouse" on Vista/Win7.

In there under the "Pointer Options" tab disable any of the options active under "Visibility", click ok and the game should perform better.
