    received email for trial 21-25th but cant log in

    Been kicking around the idea of coming back and checking out the new expansion, so receiving the email to try it out this weekend was quite welcome.
    Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to log in.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Please contact the Account Management department for assistance. Please be specific with them about WHY you can't log in or what error messages and numbers you're receiving.

    I too am having this issue. I was able to play earlier today too, but now when I log in via the client, it asks to use a subscription plan and and says "Expired" near my plan. Which it is, I haven't reactivated it, but its supposed to be free. I sent in a request via email but I am dubious of what it will help.

    Is there any hope of getting a reply from your account department over the weekend? If not, there's no point to even trying. In which case I won't even consider coming back.

    Edit: And now it works. Funny. Sqeeky wheel getting grease or just shoddy software?

    this is exactly what is happening to me. ive been able to get on only twice in the 5 days allotted.

    on the one hand: it is a free 5 days, so common courtesy says, dont complain.
    on the other hand: this is a business that gave me 5 days in order to entice me back, not because they love me so much

    so ive been able to login 4 times this entire 5 day period. but not for lack of trying.

    for future attempts at my money, please check to see what might be causing this issue. as noted above, once you login your acct says expired one time then later it might not or it might.

    /shrug

    i ll say A for effort, Fail for execution.
