    Unhappy Product Key

    I Never received my product key in my email for my trial. What do I need to do?

    Install the client, then launch it and log in. The key was added to the Trial account when you created it. Nothing else to add at this time.

    You gotta download the client first before you can install it.

    I'd recommend skipping the Turbine Download Manager version as it can be a bit buggy, and instead you may want to go for the 2nd or 3rd chices of the full game download (for whichever resolution you want).

    I too have been trying to access the free trial version. I've downloaded the game through the website, but once I get to the final part of the installation I'm always prompted to activate my product key to begin playing. I've not seen any options other then to follow the product key link where I've been directed to check my email. I did receive an email verifying the establishment of my free account but no product key. When I've tried logging in it shows my status as a free trial subscriber but only provides info on how to purchase the game. If the key is provided automatically, why do I keep getting directed to enter it? I'm stuck, any assistance would be appreciated.

    There is an option you can un-check so that it does not ask you to enter a key. In order to have a Forums account, you have to have a game account. So if you didn't already have an account created, you wouldn't be able to post here. Just close the website and log into the game with the username and password you created.
