Brandywine: Competence-1 r13 Guardian, Obverse r8 Rune-Keeper, Bregendil r5 Champion
A new favorite of mine!
I'd say "Baruk Khazad!" but my friend here is proving that Dwarves look just as awesome with swords as they do with axes!
With the Yule Festival coming up next week, I thought it would be nice to start the holiday season with an easy to assemble outfit. Versus piecing something original together, I thought I'd make something simple and accessible to players of all levels--newcomers in particular--by mainly using cosmetics from the festival.

Ironically it's the same armor I just posted about in response to your post about the Rivendell rep horse on the other thread. This one looks to be dyed Olive if I'm not mistaken. All the Medium armour, level 50-60 crafted, shares this appearance. The boots to me look like a quest reward from Moria. (And yes, it looks awesome with the Riv rep steed, haha)
Galadhloth, Hunter 100, Glirithil, Mini 100, Calanor, LM 100, plus lots and lots of alts
Watchers of Elendil ~ Landroval ~ Crickhollow ~ Tarciryan Knights
~~~~ Imladris in the Forgotten West ~~~~
Ananoriel, my hunter has now a new hunting outfit.
- Traveler's Hood in Rivendell Green (store item)
- Defensive Eastemnet Combat Armour in Rivendell Green (Crafted(?) bought in Auction Hall)
- Ceremonial Trapper's Leather Boots in Umber (Laila's Market)
- (not visible) Fancy Quiver in Gold (Outfitter in Trestlebridge)
No King, No Law, Utopia!
My current outfit, and one of my favorites, and simplest, of all I assembled (at least 70 by now). Decorative Hauberk and Cloak of the North Men dyed red and brushed leather boots dyed crimson. Sorry about the poor quality of the first one, I switch to low when I head to festivals.
That said... Whether it was conscious or not, you've also managed to create a look that reminds me of the Assassin Apprentices in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. And that's not a bad association, imo.
Thank you for that.
For you Gladdenites who dared me to make a Santa who "rides to war in Rohan!" Check out this blog post for a disclosure of the pieces and colors used http://materialmiddleearth.blogspot....lad-santa.html
