    Overcharged on a Sunday

    I had updated my subscription to the $30 for 3 months one with the intention that I'd have enough money in my account, and I left for out of town on Friday after seeing a paypal payment had finished to my bank account. I came back today and found out that the charge had gone through but paypal hadn't put my money in my account, so now my balance is sitting at -$27. The charge hasn't gone through and won't until tonight, it's just a hold, but is there anyone I can contact today (sunday) that can get that charged back and cancel the account for me until the money comes through to my account tomorrow?

    Sorry Ford, the Account Management department is only available Monday through Friday. But if you still need help, you can contact them today; options are in my signature.

    Please also note that charges from Turbine process immediately in our system, even if your bank or credit card company doesn't show it that way. Once the subscription fee is processed on our end, we can't cancel it, we can only put a hold on the account and refund the charge.

    However, your bank may be waiting until Monday to process all of it anyway. You can contact them to find out when everything will clear.

    Sorry i See this is old

    Hi today i was charged 3 times for Helms deep, will they refund me 2 of them? i was just wondering cuz i really dont have to money to spend like 100$ for this game thanks

    Contact Turbine Account Management by either:1) Putting in an email ticket via the support site and wait some days --> 3-5 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays like 4th of July do not count.2) Call Turbine on the telephone when the lines are open.
