    Applied Founder's Referral...but...

    For some reason, it divided my account into two accounts?

    Screen shows what's happening. I applied the key to my account and it divided it in two. Weird, any help?

    The Founder referral can only be used to create a new account. You will have to start over with this account. I hope you did not play too much...

    As Kentelyoo said. Also, in order to continue with the referral to take advantage of the reduced prices, you will need to purchase another retail key for MoM and apply it to the referral account. Keys can only be used once, and that linked image shows that you applied yours to the trial account you have.

    My understanding was that in these situations he could contact Customer Service and they could fix the problem.

    No. What Account Management can fix is when you create a new account with your Retail key instead of upgrading the existing one. In that case they can manually update the account for you. This is not the same thing. A Guest key from a referral can only be used to create a new account/subscription. Same thing for the Buddy and Trial keys. The linked image the OP provided shows one subscription (bottom) from a Trial key on Feb 27 and the other (top) from a Guest key on Mar 10.

    It still doesn't hurt to contact Account Management. Depending on exactly how you upgraded everything and what subscription you're looking to play, they may be able to help.
