What about the Boss 2 shadow aoe attack on T3?
Phrasing! Doesn't anybody do phrasing anymore?

Can you fix Swift Bow not properly reducing the focus cost of Merciful Shot, please?

The aoe attack is mostly fine as you know then it happens. The single target "Shadow Strike" needs to be fixed as there is no defence against it (apart from having 1.3 Million life + good defences - and even then it might just one shot you)

A T3 attack that requires 3 debuffers to mitigate it as well as classes stacking armor not made for their role, isn't fine.

Nice update for the task items and mote/ember box barters being bound to account. I await the moment their item level is upgraded to match instance drops.

That's not the AOE. That's single target.

Darkness consumes? That's the AOE. I guess we haven't had trouble with the single target.. Icy breath I think?

AOE doesn't oneshot anyone, it's only heavy damage. There is no induction on the oneshot attack, it just happens. Icy Breath doesn't do much, regardless of target.

If you are stacking three debuffers and tank gear. Which is what I said.

Aoe Attack is fine if you cap your mits.

Shadow Strike needs an induction and a targeting indicator if they are going to leave it as is. Otherwise, needs a ~25% reduction in damage.
    .

You currently have 1337 reputation point(s).

Uh, nothing on Dhurstrok mobs having much higher morale in the solo version vs the duo version (T1, don't know about the others)? This should be a no-brainer and have been fixed long ago.

You’re literally not reading what he said. DPS classes cannot cap their mits. Ergo, the comment of classes wearing armour that it not meant for them. I.E Tanky pieces

The AoE can easily be handled with one debuffer and the champions single target taunt (Champion's Challenge) which reduces the damage by 30%. The problem is the random single target attack ("Shadow Strike" I think) beacuse it cannot be predicted.

    There is no Glass-Cannon Class/Role.

In this game we only have the Damage Dealer role, who always had to gear defence for some fight - It has been like that in each update, that there are fights that value defense over offense. Id 2 in HoR is one of these fights for this update, and it is totally fine, that DDs might have to equip some tanky gear/virtues.

    That's where you're wrong.
    Using hunter as prime example.
We need to maximize our critical rating and physical mastery then finesse in order to actually do consistent damage.
With capped physical mastery, critical rating and a fair amount of finesse, you won't have much room for mitigations.

Everyone plays their DPS classes differently but most would go glass cannon if they are able to because it gets the job done faster.

Except a dead hunter does not get the job done. So, either not play the instance than, or adapt like before and accept that survival comes before dealing damage, as not surviving has a -100% damage penalty.

I think damage in HoR from aoe/single would be fine if it was dealt on t4 or so.
T4/5 in 2 weeks , will prove majorly problematic , even with meta groups.
Curious to see what boss morale will be. If DPSers have to play mit build and Loknashra has 3 quarters of a billion , then we are talking 15+ mins fight and that's with very good + geared players , which are 1% or less ;p
Hunter can cheese the fight , champ can't really. LM is also a pain to survive if dmg is scaled further. Minny needs luck with his bubble cd. Both those classes can already cap their mits but their morale is simply not enough if shadow strike decides to hit hard.
You have to chain cooldowns and be lucky , i just don't see it happening unless there's other undocumented changes.
What about the purple puddle / blizzard which are basically broken ? XD
Kudos on the bleed nerf though , that was much needed.

Also curious to see if they bothered to fix 3rd boss xD

You don't need to cap all your offensives stats. On the contrary, you need to adapt to the fight. If the fights is just a matter of surviving, you need to bump your defenses at the cost of your offense.
Why is it so hard to understand or do? HoR T3 is fine, AoE is OK and the random can be a bit tricky if you aren't full life or a bit low on mitigations but otherwise, the fight is litterally tank and spank, not even required to move because of all the mechanics are bugged (I guess you need to move away from Blizzard and dark puddle but they do nothing atm).
I have farmed T3 multiple time with different comp and that's ok. It requires a burg and a LM and some more tanky build but that's fine.

What is a joke at this point and a clear disrespect from $$G towards their customers is the fact that they dropped this instance mid december and left for vacations without a care in the world.
B2 is bugged because all the mechanics aren't working. B3 is bugged out and can be done without heal or tank. And this has been going on for like 3 weeks. How much more disrespect and #### are we supposed to take? All of us here are playing the game. I understand small teams, I understand things not 100% at launch but this, I clearly don't. Maybe things will be changed and not mentioned in the patch notes like 50% or more of the changes on live servers.
B2 blizzard and dark puddle not working, ok, I can live with that. Makes the fight just a 7 to 9mn dummy parse but that's alright. B3 is so broken it's even a joke. How is this not even addressed or mentioned? Is it going to stay like this forever and we just pretend that it's ok??? Is HoR the new Naerband?? I didn't do the instance on BR but I hope B3 state wasn't that one, otherwise it's even worse.
Gundabad has had a very catastrophic launch between the lags, instances loaded with bug (don't get me started on Bughlak) and I really hope that for the raid SSG will pull it together.
Balance change were in the right direction since roughly AD release I believe (champ still needs to be tuned down a bit) but it's a WiP and that's fine. New LIs are also a work in progress and that's fine also, new system is good I believe. Still needs some changes here and there but that's fine.

Work on the instances is absent. I understand fixing bugs doesn't get you money and new shiny extra expensive Erebor housing does but come on. Have some respect for the customers.

I like and hate this change. Why?

    1) It means that ember will lose value as there are people who only farm for one set of gear and use that to swap around their alts.
There's been many times I had to wait for a tank or other player to alt around to get their stuff before starting raids and instances.

    2) It further diminishes value to crafting as people can just farm motes to get sets for alts at set levels and never have to craft again as they can reuse that gear on another alt.

Also, can we make the pre-existing adv gear bound to account as well? I'm sure it'll be a hard 'no' but it's worth asking.

Crafting is worthless since the removal of guild crafting at lvl 95. Now we have an endgame reputation and mat grind instead.

Crafting is worthless since there are quest rewards, landscape drops, skirmish gear and now lootbox gear that are similar or better.
Removing the crafting guild did not ruin crafting but it did help make it fall further into the void of emptiness.
Each time Turbine or SSG touched the stats, some pieces became good, some op while most are ####.
There are still multiple outputs in multiple crafting tiers that have the same stats.

Crafting is worthless since the addition of the easy-mode skill recipes that made crafting take less XP to max than a single tier took while crafting was worthwhile. With the addition of these the crafting results got shafted as the investment vs reward ratio must be kept similiar to other activities.

That's not fine that a T3 requires a special build and (you say two debuffers but I'm guessing you're not counting champ) which means that 5 of the 6 class spots are predefined in a game with 11 classes. T5, sure, 100%.
Phrasing! Doesn't anybody do phrasing anymore?
