Re: Why are trained masteries "not happening"?

Defiant Challenge, imo, is a crutch, and not necessary by any stretch of the imagination..especially considering how powerful Aggression is. JoDF is fun, but situational...it's nice to get a little...

Re: Why are trained masteries "not happening"?

While I'm not thrilled that I have to give up a legendary slot to put in WotW, if you compare the masteries situation from pre-ROI to now, we're definitely in a better place, and have alot more...

    Re: Patch Notes...

The stun immunity is "ok," I'm more upset about the loss of available tactical mitigation.

Though I'm also not excited at the prospect of keeping up 5 defensive buffs while tanking...

    Re: Patch Notes...

Pretty pathetic that they would make players play the game with glaring bugs that exist because of poor oversight (Shield Tactics).

I'm not even getting into the mitigation discrepancies (mostly...

    Re: Patch Notes...

My hope is that there are a ton of undocumented fixes, including Shield Tactics, and our lack of parity with Heavy classes.

If not, a dev response would at least be nice...
  7. Re: Have you changed your Solo Skirmish strategy because of ROI?

Shield Tactics is busted right now and is providing Tactical Defense...yeah...

I haven't read anywhere that they're seeing any benefit to maintaining that buff.
  8. Re: Have you changed your Solo Skirmish strategy because of ROI?

The problem I'm seeing in most threads, is that people speak about stats subjectively.

"I'm stacking Tact Mit and having no problem in XYZ dungeon." But they don't say how much...

    I don't even...

Re: Should wardens wear heavy armour ?

I'm curious what your gear is like, Protoss.

I'm starting to believe that the people that are "not having a problem" are the ones that are not truly new players. What I mean by this, is that they...
  10. Re: Have you changed your Solo Skirmish strategy because of ROI?

My Tactical mitigation is "ok" but not great. It's probably around 36% (I'm mostly in questing gear, and some skirmish gear).

My main problem is that before ROI, I was able to complete skirmishes...
  11. Re: Have you changed your Solo Skirmish strategy because of ROI?

Not even a crit or a devastate. That was in a Solo 75 Skirmish, and I had Shield Mastery up.

This game is getting really friggin unfun.
  12. Re: Have you changed your Solo Skirmish strategy because of ROI?

I've been 75 for a bit, so I've mostly been messing around trying to find the best trait line. It's really sad how far behind yellow has gotten. I thought the leeches would've been worthwihle to keep...
  13. Have you changed your Solo Skirmish strategy because of ROI?

Pre-ROI and a bit in ROI, I've been using an Archer, because we really never needed a healer.

My gear isn't great (it's downright kinda dookie), and my soldier is kinda underleveled (I've been...

    Re: Suggestion for Determination stance.

I've taken to running around like a chicken w/o a head when they spawn the worms, and trying to just kite them and kill them with my Jav. It works sometimes, and other times I want to break my...
  15. Re: How To Make HOT's and Drains Scale Appropriattlly

The group size modifier is not intuitive from a design perspective.

Unless your player does research outside of the game, how do they know (beyond an over-explanatory tooltip) that their hots...

Re: Post ROI Spear or Sword for Man Warden?

Your impression is correct. There's alot of people misunderstanding finesse atm.

As far as spear vs sword - I think Spear is still good for DPS, as your bleeds are a prime component, but I'm...
  17. Re: At 71, finally tried tanking with my Warden and...

    I'm sure I'm getting this...

    1. You tanked an instance way under level
    2. You tanked it with a healer that was under level
    3. You weren't traited properly

Doesn't seem like a problem with the...

Re: about to purchase Isengard xpack but...

IIRC, the Derudh Stone is not account bound. I was looking for this on my 75 as well, and couldn't find it on the store. Turns out, they hide it if you're over 65 to avoid you making a bad purchase. ...

Re: Pit of Iron, why so buggy?

Why not boost xp gains on some of the other zones and disable PoI? If I were turbine, I'd rather that people feel that quests gave too much xp in zones x y and z, rather than them have an extremely...

Re: Pit of Iron, why so buggy?

If you just run around it for 2 hours, you eventually get the lay of the land. That sounds like trolling, but it's true :/

    Fist legendary worth it now?

I'm struggling to figure out if it's worth the trouble of putting a DD group together in order to get this legendary trait.
