Burglar War-Steed?

Is there a trait line and light/medium/heavy preference I should use for my burglar's war-steed?

I'd say to use Light/Rohirrim, because it's the only way to get any healing.

But, Burglars are rubbish at mounted combat in general.

Medium is going to give you the better amount of physical mastery but i prefer light for the speed.
