Legendary Items Barter Guide
Well, it appears I have run out of room on the other guide, as it is getting really long. So instead of trying to force this into the other guide by cutting it out, I'm just gonna make a 2nd post with the information. Barter wise, I don't think I missed anything.....
The following items can be bartered for use on legendary items. I will break these down by location, with cost supplied as well.

So level 65 weaps are only drops? I could have sworn I saw them for barter somewhere.

The Kindred vendor used to give out 65s. First patch nerf'd that one.

ummm in beta maybe... not since Mirkwood went live.

Well, technically you can barter for some L65 weapons, it just depends on your class. As indicated above, the Legendary skirmish vendors barter L65 class items. For some classes, like Hunters for example, their "class item" is their main-hand weapon. So, for classes where both LIs are weapons, you can barter for them at the skirmish camp, although it might not be the one you want. That's probably where you remembered seeing some.

I'm quite sure you can barter for level 65 Third Age Items in Enedwaith.

I found two items you missed on bartering at Skirmish Camps that are pretty important.
The second way to purchase a [item]Scroll_of_Empowerment[/item] is with 1560 [item]Skirmish_Mark[/item]s and 1 [item]Superior_Third_Mark[/item]
Also:
[item]Symbol_of_Celebrimbor[/item] is 1005 [item]Skirmish_Mark[/item]s and 5 [item]Superior_Third_Mark[/item]s

Is there anywhere to get items over level 65?
I have tried all sorts of websites and none of them show anything over 60 and the only ones i found in game go up to 65 in Lhanuch.
