On the right, same chest obviously, shoulders are t7 crafted heavy. Gloves are wildermore cosmetic barter, helm is leijona (medium forochel crafted set) and the boots are a forochel quest reward from the first hub (though I think they share an appearance with some other items, including some store boots.
The second and the third differ only in the headgear.
Head: Not sure about the second, but the third has Visage of the Bear from the Store
Shoulders: Eastemnet Tailor crafted shoulders
Back: Antler-backpack from the Store
Chest: Bare-chest (Dwarf only) from the Store
Legs: Mathom-hunter's Medium set
Arms: Eastemnet Tailor crafted?
Feet: Dunland quest reward heavy/Dunland barter
A similar outfit can be seen here here.
With the first outfit, I can 'name' a couple of things, too...
Head: Fire-work launcher's face guard, from Anniversary festival/AH
Chest: Bare chest
Shoulder: Dunland quest reward
Feet: Dunland quest reward heavy
One of my 1st outfits i put together a long time ago...but still my favourite
Heres my lovely hobbit hunter; Shamgor. hes wearing the ceremonial robe of Viisaus(195 tp) dyed black and a "dwarf-make circlet"
not really hobbit attire but i like it. makes him look sophisticateds
And here is his camouflage outfit, bet he could walk into Mordor and not be noticed :p Its the flame touched hauberk and flames of the deep cloak, available at the skirm camp, and a goblin festival mask:
dont know why its such s*** quality, everything is maxed out. could be photobucket or the screenshot makes it worse than in game? could someone reply with a suggestion :)

The XXIth Company of Gondor in their duty uniform planning their next move.
Then while on the field at Weathertop, waiting for Angmar's nightfall attack
Wow, I like my outfit, but it's downright ordinary next to all these. Mine's made of equipment from along the way (love some of the chest armor that starts showing up around level 30) - no cosmetic items. This is my human champion alt.
Heavy Helm from the Men of Bree
Shining Dwarf Leather Shoulder Guards
Leather Jacket of Vigour (Skirmisher's Armour looks the same)
Quilted Leggings of Determination
Leather Boots of the Eglain
Helm, shoulders, gloves, and boots are dyed burgundy; chest armor dyed white; leggings dyed Rivendell green.

A sort of pieced-together heavy armor that I recently came up with for my low-level champion alt. My computer is hardly a high-class gaming machine, so I apologize for the lower-quality screenshot.
Just a quick one I took of my cappy the other day while in Flight to the Lonely Mountain last week. I'll upload a screenshot where you can see the whole body better.
Essentially the pieces are:
Helm - Helm of the Unseen (dyed some kind of green, can't remember)
Shoulders - Shoulders of the Hammerhand
Chest - Hauberk of the Eorlingas
Gloves - Gloves/Gauntlets of the Hammerhand
Back: Shield of the Hammerhand
Boots: Boots of the Hammerhand
Just swapped the hat and the chest-piece, as I'm not quite a big fan of the ones from the Helm's Deep Pre-order.
Back with another Harvestmath-related outfit, the Lord of the Autumn Nights, using the traditional Halloween colors of black and orange :)

My urban ranger outfit, pieced together earlier today~
The gloves could certainly be better, but the sleeves clip through everything. ._.
Aaand I'll try to take a better screenshot. Ahem.

I must say, now that I have the Robe of the Lady's Foresight, I've become quite attached to it!
This is my scholar with a Harvestmath hood & cloak swapped in (previously had a "white" - cream - Cloak of Plenty and no headpiece).
Raven cloak & mask (Harvestmath); Gardening Boots (Farmers' Faire); shoulders, legs and chest armor are common enough (mid-30s tailored leggings and dwarf-make jacket, and the shoulders are Quicksilver's from a Lone-lands/Minas Eriol quest).
Boots dyed sienna, everything else burgundy.
Just two shots I took while finishing my epics :D

@Mildford - That is one clever name...
