My warden's all-purpose outfit!
I tend to jump around on the headpiece every time I find a new one I like. But, the rest stays the same. ^__^
It is the lvl 65 Lore Keeper's Hat, which is these days bartered for from Skirmish camp 'Classic' merchants. For 609 marks and 210 medallions it can be yours too!
Blomma manages to wear the Silken Gown of Golden Splendour (dyed rose) rather well:
Also colour matching with her mount Snowdrop for the occasion:
My first time posting on this thread :D please go visit The Elven Tailor for more outfits!

Gaeardir, protector of nature in his new shining armour XD
head: Ceremonial Helm of the North Star, skirmish cosmetic vendor, White dye
chest: Elven steel breastplate, rivendell heavy armour vendor
shoulders: Malledhrim pauldrons of Rejuvenation, tier 6 heavy crafted, White dye
legs: Troll’s kicker leggings, White dye
feet: Ulferth’s battered boots, great river quest reward, White dye
The challenge for this outfit was to match the undyable, very light green part of the leggings, the heavy pieces at the rivendell vendor were the closest I found to resemble the color
For those of you who haven't had the chance to check out Bullroarer for Update 11, I've compiled a cosmetic preview of the goodies that will be available. Please check out Material Middle-Earth for some wonderful screenies! Here are a couple of samples for you :)
Cool! Thanks for posting that, Nathrien_Estelenlaer. Always good to get new cosmetics (though i wish the heavy and medium sets dyed easier)
Just one thing though, under your 'Bonus Pieces' section the heavy armour looks like it's a lesser-Moria re-dyed set (A purple set of armour you got from moria; Shield Bearer's Armour) as opposed to the teal set(Durin's Guard, for example). The latter is identical to the old Ettenmoors armour (Armour of the Last stand) just dyed differently. Below are pictures of both the Shield Bearer's Armour set and Armour of the Last Stand heavy sets I'm speaking about, which will hopeful make the above clearer.
'Shield Bearers Armour' & 'Armour of the Last Stand'
Do you know if they'll be putting the other armours back in as well? You yourself said it was only early days yet regarding the update.
Here's my newest favorite outfit for my Rune-keeper:
Head: Hat of the Ancient Tongue
Chest: Ancient Inlaid Breastplate
Shoulders: Shoulders of the Lady's Foresight
Gloves: Word-Smith's Gloves
Feet: Shoes of the Ancient Tongue
Cloak: Cloak of the Unwelcome Guest
All dyed Evendim Blue except for the head
I actually saw the chest piece on Cosmetic Lotro, used brilliantly for a Swan Lake inspired outfit for a female elf (which my lore-master is currently wearing incidentally), and loved the look of the piece so much that I decided to make an outfit for my RK and was very happy how it turned out - I like that it looks sort of like a scale mail robe.
Screenshots aren't the best but I'm not really good at it...
I should further note that while the new Mathom sets come dyed white, using wash on them turns them back to the Moors purple.
Anyway, here are the Champion's sets lined up: Armour of the Axe-handler, Blademaster's Armour, Armour of the Swift-slayer, and the new Mathom-hunter's pieces (at least as they are in beta at the moment).
And as for the other armor sets, I don't know if they've been coded in. I only have 4 characters copied on Bullroarer, two of which are the light classes. Both of those have gotten the same sets from the upcoming Hobbit Presents. It is too early to tell, but I have a feeling there's only one heavy, medium, and light set in terms of cosmetic appearance--much like the 85 BG armor, where the 3 light armor sets share the same cosmetic skin. I hope that answers your question :)
And you were right about the origin of the cosmetic! As explained in my last post, they just follow the Champion's aesthetic. :D
I felt your blog-post was just a little confusing in that regard. Glad I could help add to the clarity for you, and hopefully others reading too! And thank you for confirming that, so far at least, there's only the one type available for each armour category. Odd, but there is a precedent in-game like you stated, so it makes sense in that regards. Thanks again! [/thread-derail]
Here's another outfit, that my elf usually wears when she's in places (usually bree-town) and doesn't want to be recognized.
Hi there! Sorry for the long time to respond, haven't been really active in the past month. Strangely, the screenshots disappeared, i might have deleted them accidentally so here's one again.
Chest and gauntlets are from the Draigoch raid (Guardian set)
Head and legs are Hunter gear from the OD raid, same as the boots and shoulders (Warden boots, Guardian shoulders)
The cloak is from the store, although no longer available.
In addition to the new armor Nathrien showed above, there's a few cosmetics from the latest installment of the Epic. Certainly not going to spoil what happens, but I'll note that the end of the epic rewards you with three hand-carried flowers - Foxglove, Lily, and Wood Lily.
As you complete quests in Vol. 3, Book 10, you'll also unlock a series of optional session plays called Interludes. These interludes detail what certain other characters in this Epic are up to elsewhere. There's two deeds for completing them - one for the first three, and one for the other four.
Both deeds award a cosmetic outfit set. The first deed awards the Dunadan Workman's set, made up of a shirt, pants, wrist wraps, and shoes. Below is the current beta appearance.
The second deed awards the Woodland Ranger's set, which is a hood, tunic, shoulderwrap, gloves, boots, and cloak.
I love the smell of orc-fires in the morning. It smells like... victory.
Oraekja Snorrason, Captain of Rohan
Helm of the Eastemnet
Padded Mantle of the Dunland Soothsayer
Cloak of the Grey Company
Oldheart's Ancient Robe
Gloves of the Helmingas
Spearman's Singed Leather Leggings (unless they're lost again)
Fine Grey Company Boots
Let us make haste, riders of the Éo-marc. The horn is blowing and there is grim work in the Deep....
My Lore-Master, survivor of Eregion, mourning the loss of her homeland:
Head: Circlet of Adamant
Shoulders: Assault Pauldrons of Eomer
Chest: Lore-Keeper's Robe
Hands: Footman's Gloves
Feet: Boots of Dunnauth
My little RK Fimlas finally started on his great Moria RP adventure - and I'm quite happy with the outfit I've come up with for him for this trip.
It's a nice armor look that seems suited for Moria - and still looks cute enough for a youthful elf. I find myself really in love with this shoulder piece too that was on last month's mannequins, I foresee this getting a lot of use in future outfits for him!
The only thing I'm not happy with are the boots. None of the boots in my wardrobe are without issues when it comes to clipping with his armor. So far, these dyed white seem the best option... Maybe I'll have to go with ordinary shoes after all, but boots seem like a better idea for Moria.
And since his adventure is not only about entering Moria, but mostly about being on the run from someone who is after the kinslayer Fimlas married, there was a need for disguise. This mask looked like it might do the trick...
Head: Ceremonial Helm of the Lady's Secret
Shoulders: Ceremonial Pauldrons of the Wandering Bard
Back: Wintry Yule Backpack
Chest: Easterling Tunic and Trousers
Feet: Gardening Boots
