After you make your purchase, be sure to redeem your expansion coupon code. This is a pre-purchase. Some content will only be delivered with the launch of the expansion. LOTRO: Minas Morgul expansion is scheduled for release on October 29, 2019. In the event of delay, you will receive the Minas Morgul expansion items no later than November 30, 2019. The Lord of the Rings Online™: Minas Morgul is available in English, French, and German languages.
