    Game client stuck at "Installing Pre-Reqs"

    Normally after restarting the client a few times this goes away. Not happening this time.

    Any known issues going on right now?

    Usually means firewall Heuristics decided to block the files; check logs and allow LOTRO full internet access whenever you come across an entry.

    Checksum errors usually mean the AV has been blocking them.
