    Exclamation Quad Pack Download?

    Quad Pack I bought today has no download option and nothing in the email to link to that so what am I missing? (yeah the DOWNLOAD). I can't acquire the expansion with no download, so I just wasted good money!! Yes, I contacted Support but they didn't send me any email yet today! I want what I paid for.

    You don't need to download anything. All the content is already present in your client; some of it is simpply locked and therefore cannot be used (yet). When you purchased the quad-pack certain content un-locks got applied to the account you were logged in with at that time.

    You can check the in-game Store to see what was unlocked. Whatever expansion doesn't show up in the Store anymore, you have access to.

    BTW, a simple question without the drama would have achieved the same answer, maybe even a few more details...

    The LOTRO Market (store.lotro.com) automatically applies account upgrades directly to the account you are logged into the Market with. If you're purchasing content, you'll experience the ability to access that area's content.

    You won't recieve a code, or need to make any manual updates; store.lotro.com does it for you. Hope this helps!

    I'm in a similar situation right now (contacted customer support, no answer for 2 days). I have two subscriptions on one account. One subscription is a lifetime account with all the expansions, the other is a Premium account with no expansions.


    I bought the quad pack with the intention of adding it to my Premium account, except after I bought it, nothing happened. I was logged into my account, but I was not given the choice of which subscription I wanted that applied to. I'm really hoping it didn't go to the account which already had those expansions, in which case I've wasted $20 and probably will have missed out on the 50%, unless Turbine helps me here.


    Getting a little worried here.

    Any possibility that Turbine could implement the Steam functionality? Steam has two buttons - buy as a gift which gives you a key - buy for yourself which auto applies to your current account.

    We would love to implement a gifting feature on our current store as it is something that we know would benefit our players. We'll certainly look into this functionality for the near future.

    Interesting. Please keep us updated. I'd feel safe that the support staff will get you fixed-up, or at least refund your money if there's a technical limitation.

    They still hadn't emailed back as of today. So I literally just called them. The lady I spoke to resolved it quickly and easily. Worked out perfect!

    I can't call them because I'm from Romania and I don't think is affordable.
    I've requested 2 tickets already.
    Help.
    I'd like to get my money back or just get the quad pack content/

    You will not get a code for this. It is automatically applied to your account. If you paid for it, you should have access to it

    Nope. You need dollars to buy it.

    The best offers will be dollar only because Turbine wants your dollars. Turbine Points have no value to Turbine because they can't buy electricity, pay their employees with them.

    Turbine Points are similar so some real world currencies like Argentina Pesos. You can use dollars to buy those Pesos. Trying to buy dollars as a regular person with Argentina Pesos is very difficult. It requires some effort to buy a product from an American firm located in the USA when you have Argentina Pesos because no US bank will take these Pesos. Argentina sells the Pesos for dollars just like Turbine sells Turbine Points. Argentina will not buy Pesos with dollars just like Turbine will not buy Turbine Points with dollars. It is a one way transaction.

    Currencies like Turbine Points and Argentina Pesos are called soft currencies because of their limited use for buying stuff.
