In Game Support

The Lorebook, Knowledge Base and Game Info sections contain a lot of helpful information that may relate to the issue you are experiencing.
 
Please be sure to visit these areas and check the Known issues list located below to determine if your issue is already addressed there prior to contacting In-Game Support.  However, should you not find the answer to your question, In-Game Support will be happy to assist you!
 

The LOTRO Lorebook is a wiki – a searchable database – connected to the game itself.  The Lorebook contains information on nearly every quest, item, creature, NPC, class, and race in LOTRO. Players can even use their forum account to log into the Lorebook to edit!

The Knowledge Base can be used to review a database of fixes, tips, answers and workarounds for a variety of common questions, concerns, and problems.

The Game Info section of the website provides general descriptions of various game mechanics and options; such as Monster Play, the Crafting System, Player Housing, Classes, Races, and much more!
