Personal and Kinship homes come with swift travel abilities for the owners or in the case of kinships all members.
At level 15 players can purchase a personal home. One of the perks of owning a home is a swift travel skill that allows you to travel directly to your front gate. The ability is also available to any other characters on the same account. Traveling to your personal home requires one travel ration.
When a kinship reaches a Kinship Rank of 7, the Kinship leader has the ability to purchase a Kinship house.
All members of the kinship will receive the Travel to Kinship House ability. Using the skill requires one travel ration.
